The same architecture in two temperaments. The Dawn runs warm, cream with deep red trim. The Slate runs cool, dark grey with navy trim. Both are 35 litres, both carry the same yoga mat strap, sealed shoe base, and suspended laptop sleeve.

We accept returns for damage or defects only, not change of mind. If your piece arrives faulty, email hello@aro21.com within 48 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video showing the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

We make in small batches. You pay now, we make your bag in the next run, and it ships in 2 to 3 weeks. When the colourway is in stock, it ships in 2 to 3 days instead. We email you when it is on its way.

Because we would rather make what people want than warehouse what we hope they buy. Pre-orders keep us honest and cut waste. Every bag that ships was wanted before it was made.

Yes, within 48 hours of ordering. After that, production has started and we cannot cancel. Email hello@aro21.com inside 48 hours if you need to.

Both duffels are made to order. We put your bag into production once payment is confirmed. In-stock colourways ship in 2 to 3 days; when a colourway is out of stock it is made to order and ships in 2 to 3 weeks. You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves us.

Handwash with cold water, or machine-wash on a gentle cycle after removing the hardware.

In India, in small batches, by a manufacturer we have worked with through several sample rounds. Every unit is checked before it ships.
